Let me tell you how our company was born. I’ve always loved sweets and delicious pastries.

When I developed gluten intolerance, and shortly after a dairy allergy, I could no longer enjoy traditional treats. Before long, I really started to miss desserts. That’s when I began searching for alternative ingredients to replace the usual ones.

I’ve always loved baking, so I enthusiastically threw myself into this challenge.

Today, I’ve found a cake base that is not only gluten, dairy, and grain-free, but also sugar-free.

The creams are made the same way, so I can finally enjoy desserts again—without getting sick from them.

We’d like to share this with you too.
